I have had the great fortune to live in Lake County since 1996 and witness first-hand the incredible development and growth of the Villages. After 16 years as the Head Golf professional at nearby Harbor Hills I joined the Villages Golf team in 2011 and assisted in opening up Bonifay Country Club. I joined the Mallory Hill team in late October, 2021 and look forward to facilitating the needs of the staff and our residents at Mallory. I LOVE the three nines at Mallory, each distinctive, challenging and a joy to play! My wife Jennie and I enjoy golf, Pickle ball, traveling and spending time with family. We love our two dogs who are in complete control of our household.

I was born in Canton, Ohio and moved to The Villages from Tampa in January 2005. I started at Mallory Hill when it opened in June 2005. My hobbies include golf, online poker, and computers. What I like about working at Mallory Hill is interacting with the golfers and working with computers.

Hometown:Wausau, Wisconsin

I have been in The Villages part time since 1998. After tiring of Wisconsin winters, my wife and I became full time residents in 2008. After several years of enjoying The Villages lifestyle, I started working at Palmer Legends and then moved to Glenview before coming to Mallory Hill. My wife Fortune and I enjoy family time, golf, and Packer and Badger games.

Jerry Fisher Golf Staff Lead

Hometown: Colts Neck, New Jersey

I was born outside of Chicago and grew up in Connecticut. After 37 years in international investment banking, My wife Maria and I moved to the Villages. I enjoy playing golf, poker and being active. I started working at Mallory Hill in 2016. I enjoying being around the game of golf and interacting with both our golfers and fellow staff members.

Debbie Warner Golf Staff Lead

Hometown: Waunakee, Wisconsin

My husband Mel and I moved to The Villages in June 2017 from Wisconsin and I started working at Mallory Hill in the pro shop the end of January 2018. I have been at Mallory Hill for 5 years and truly enjoy the people I work together with and the golfers that come through our shop. My hobbies would be reading and playing golf.

Al Altman Golf Staff Lead

Hometown: Lakeland, FL

Born & raised in Lakeland, Fl, I have been married for 47 yrs to Becky, also from Lakeland. We have two sons, Billy & Scott, plus four granddaughters, one grandson, one great granddaughter & one great grandson. After high school I served four years in the US Navy. When I left the Navy, I worked for eighteen years for the Lakeland Fire Department, serving as a training officer for the last ten years. My wife and I then decided to maize a big change, moving our family to Orange Park, FL (outside Jacksonville) to purchase a furniture store, Badcock Home Furnishings Center. After a successful run of owning and managing our store for eighteen years, we sold the store and in 2007 we moved back to central Florida, making The Villages our home. We live in the Village of Mallory Square, where we enjoy many activities, especially golf. But we also learned how to play Triple Play & Mah-jongg. Now we live closer to our family, making it easier to get together more often.
